“GULDHOJ” FOLDING STOOL
IN STYLE OF POUL HUNDEVAD "GULDHOJ" FOLDING STOOL DENMARK - 1960s
This stool was inspired by a folding stool from the bronze period, dating to about 1400 BC, that was discovered in Denmark’s Guldhoj (Golden Hill) during an excavation. The stool, a classic piece of Danish modern furniture, was created by Hundevad in 1960 based on the sketches that they found there.
