Pair of “Triennale” armchairs

Stunning Scandinavian modern lounge chair by architect Carl Axel Acking for Nordiska Kompaniet, Sweden 1957. The same year the chair was shown on the Triennale in Milan, therefore/hence the name ‘Triennal’. Constructed out of a beautiful warm patinated solid stained oak frame which supports the thick saddle leather seat and backrest construction. The leather has been replaced by a true craftsman following the old model. Due to this we can ensure a durable, comfortable and ultimate supporting seat again.
