Jean-Paul Barray and Kim Moltzer, renowned French furniture designers, are particularly noted for their collaboration on the «Penta set.»
Barray was a versatile designer, painter, sculptor, artist, and engineering consultant. He studied at the Beaux-Arts de Lyon and later worked with Le Corbusier and Wogenscky. In 1967, he teamed up with Kim Moltzer to create an armchair, a table, and a lamp centered around the «Penta» theme.
